Erik Oberholster has had quite an interesting storied career in the food industry. Each chapter has created newness in the space. From his culinary school beginnings to his time at famed Shutters on the Beach to then co-founding Tender Greens with his business partner Michael 14 years ago. Eriik deeply understands the importance of education around where our food comes from and how it shows up on our plates. This passion for healthy food has brought him down a new path that he shares in great length with us.
